It is the mission of the Town Clerk to remain neutral and impartial; to give equal service to all; to be ever so mindful to extend the same treatment we wish to receive; to maintain the official archives for the future citizens of Plainville; assist in sharing information regarding public access to records; to impart those standards of quality and integrity so that the conduct of the affairs of our office shall be above reproach; and to merit public confidence in our community.
